The Lair

This is the Lair of all of those bad guys. You will first enter a cave which would turn into a long square hallway. After about 10 minutes of walking down this hall, you will arrive in a large Dome like chamber with a stage like platform at the other side with a large stone chair on it. There are also several other halls in this Dome which lead to various locations.

Once an Exorcist has entered the Lair and has left again the location will change due to the bad guys changing locations and the fact that I'm too lazy to make another Lair Forum.

Soul, Fervor and Chaos arrive at the cave entrance to the Lair. As they enter and walk for about twenty minutes or so, arriving at the square hallway, Soul turns towards Chaos. "I want you to stay behind and 'greet' our guests when they arrive."

"Fine, I'll be there shortly." Kite stops and turns towards the entrance while his sword materializes in his hand. "This shouldn't take too long."

Though Kite is unable to see what is coming towards him, The Oni now inside of him allows him to sense the very slight amount of Nen within the Special Ops of the Church. Kite spots something in the shadows moving towards him.

Kite throws his sword at the Special Ops member. "Do you have any last words?"

The Special Ops jumps from the shadows over the blade landing on the opposite side of the hall. The other four Special Ops appear before Kite. "Kite? Your an Exorcist why are you here!?"

"Kite? There is no man named Kite." His sword dematerializes from where it was and rematerializes in Chaos's hand. "Try me." He runs and stabs one of the Special Ops in the stomach, "Good night." He pushes the man off of his blade.

The Special Ops pause for a moment, shocked by Kites sudden and unexplained betrayal. They quickly spread out as far as they can in the narrow hallway, two of them dash past Kite and turn to face his back, the other two remain facing his front. One of the Special Ops in front of Kite dashes towards him drawing a short sword and another Special Ops reaches into his coat and pulls out a small black ball. He throws the sphere in Kites direction, going over him and the Ops dashing towards Kite jumps towards the black sphere, slicing it in half with his katana as he passes. The Sphere is cut in two releasing a puff of dust, the sphere itself sparks after behind struck by the sword and explodes over Kites head just as the Ops lands on the ground behind him.

Chaos inside the smoke gets up relatively unscathed after the explosion. He then rushes in the general direction of the Ops member that is still in front of him, he slashes the persons neck and turns around to the other Ops members. "Give up now and die quickly, or take the long painful death."

One of the Ops says to another "Was that Oni?" There is a silence among them. "We can't beat him like this..." The Op says to the two in front of Kite. They both nod and dash towards Kite while drawing their swords. "Get out while you can!" They both say as one lunges his blade towards Kites stomach and the other jumps into the air swinging his sword down in an arc towards his head. The Ops member behind Kite takes a few steps back, a tear rolls down his cheek. He turns around and begins to run towards the exit.

Chaos's sword disappers out of his hand as he sidesteps the strikes, he brings his leg around and slams his foot into the one aiming at Chaos's stomach, launching him a foot back, then a black bow appears in his hand, "Don't run." He shoots an arrow at the fleeing man.

Fervor grunts and pushes herself up slightly from her spot on the ground (assuming that's where she was put down ) and shakes her head groggily. She peers about and happens upon the fight in progress, eyes going wide.

Chaos notices Fervor move, he shoots an arrow into the forearm of the man he knocked down. His rune on his hand glows brighter while he makes his way to Fervor. "Are you alright?"

Fervor glanced at what was once her brother, her face a mask of dismay over what he had become. She bit down on her bottom lip and pushed herself up onto her knees, wings flapping gently.

"You're...an..Oni now..." she said simply, her voice sounding as if her mind was far away.

"I am." Chaos says to Fervor then turns around to deal with the remaining foes.

Chaos notices that only two of the three living Ops remain. The Ops on the ground with the arrow in his arm is unable to lift his arm or touch the arrow. In a feat of desperation he takes his sword and quickly slices off his own arm. He quickly takes out another black sphere and opens it pouring a very little amount of the black powder on to the wound and igniting it with a match concealed in his sleeve. The small explosion seals the wound and stops the bleeding. The other Ops gets up and faces Chaos as well. Obviously trying to buy time for the third to escape.

The two of them dash towards Chaos knowing that their death is inevitable. One reaches into his coat and throws three knives towards him, the other jumps into the air and tosses three of the explosive spheres down towards Chaos. The knives and the spheres collide causing three small explosions directly in front of Chaos.

Chaos jumps back from the explosion and shoots a arrow forward into where the explosions took place maybe hitting one of the two still here.

The two fly from the smoke towards Chaos. One slashes at Chaos from the right horizontally towards his stomach, the other swings his sword from the left horizontally towards his neck.

Chaos's bow dissapers and a spear replaces it which he uses to block the blows, he pushes the swords off of his spear and stabs one of the Ops in the stomach.

The Ops which Chaos stabbed falls to the ground and begins gasping for air due to Chaos's spear piercing one of his lungs. He begins to bleed out and die slowly. The other Ops slides back into the smoke from the earlier explosion. In the smoke he draws a small fan from his coat and waves it back and forth spreading the smoke through the hall engulfing Chaos and Fervor. Chaos is unable to hear any kind of movement around him except for the sound of a sword slicing through the air behind him.

Chaos jumps forward and dodges the slice. He hits the man in the stomach with the butt of his spear, knocking the breath out of him. Chaos turns to the man and grabs him by the neck and holds him up in the air for a couple of seconds, then stabs him and throws him across the room.

The smoke clears revealing the four bloody corpses. Deep within the Lair, Soul grins knowing that his plans are now back on track. He waits for Chaos to return with Fervor.

"Sister, let us go on. Can you walk?" Chaos offers her a hand.

Fervor nodded and grasped Chaos hand, pulling herself up slowly, wings flapping gently to keep her steady.

"T-Thank you."
